This role offers hybrid flexibility, with approximately two days per week spent alongside operational teams and leadership at facilities located within 90 minutes of Sydney CBD.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the CFO, you will play a key role in supporting both the financial and operational performance of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
• Management reporting and performance analysis
• Inventory, cost and profitability analysis
• Commercial modelling and business case development
• Business partnering with operational stakeholders
• Process improvement and financial controls
• Systems, reporting and automation initiatives
• Supporting strategic growth projects

About You

You may currently be a:

• Management Accountant
• Finance Business Partner
• Commercial Accountant
• Senior Financial Accountant ready for a broader role
• Finance Manager looking for greater impact and visibility

To be successful, you'll likely bring:

• CA or CPA qualification
• Experience within manufacturing, engineering, logistics, distribution or other inventory-heavy environments
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and analytical capability
• A passion for improving systems, processes and controls
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive mindset and genuine curiosity about how businesses operate and make money
