Warehouse Assistant

We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking, packing, receiving inwards and outward goods in a fast-paced and busy environment. Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
• Receive and unload inbound shipments
• Prepare outbound shipments and ensure accuracy of orders
• Maintain inventory control by organizing stock and conducting regular cycle counts
• Ensure that the warehouse is clean and organized at all times
• Comply with safety regulations and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager

Requirements:

• Year 12 Completion or equivalent
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment would be an advantage
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods of time
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Forklift Licence essential
