About Us

At Firebox Australia, we’ve been protecting homes, businesses and communities for more than 20 years with Australian-designed fire safety products including extinguishers, emergency lighting, smoke alarms and more.

We’re also leading the way in new fire-safety technology with brands such as Li-ION Fire Solutions for lithium-ion battery protection and Elumen smart emergency lighting with Bluetooth-enabled testing.

We partner with fire service companies, contractors and wholesalers across the country, helping them deliver smarter, safer solutions to their clients. Our business is growing fast and so is our team.

 The Role

We’re looking for a motivated Account Manager who wants to take ownership of a territory, build strong relationships and grow with a company that rewards effort.

This is a field-based role covering Sydney (60%) and the Central Coast/Newcastle region (40%), where you’ll work with fire service providers, contractors and wholesalers. You’ll be meeting clients, identifying opportunities, and representing one of Australia’s most trusted names in fire protection.

 What You’ll Do

  • Build strong relationships and grow sales within your territory

  • Identify new opportunities and convert them into business wins

  • Learn our product range and understand how it solves customer needs

  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver the best outcomes for clients

  • Represent Firebox at meetings, trade events and industry functions


What You’ll Bring

  • A positive attitude, confidence and a professional approach

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • A commercial mindset and willingness to learn

  • An interest in technology, construction or safety products

  • A valid driver’s licence and readiness to travel locally

  • Previous B2B experience is preferred but not essential

Fire industry experience helps, but it’s not essential. We provide full training and ongoing support.
