About the Role
As the face of the building during our afternoon and evening operations, you will deliver exceptional concierge and resident services while ensuring the building maintains the highest standards of professionalism, presentation and hospitality.
You will build genuine relationships with residents, anticipate their needs, coordinate services and resolve issues with confidence, discretion and care.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys taking ownership and understands that outstanding service is often found in the smallest details.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a luxury concierge experience to residents and guests
Build strong and lasting resident relationships
Manage resident enquiries and service requests
Coordinate visitor access, deliveries and contractor attendance
Liaise with building management, maintenance providers and service contractors
Assist with resident communications and administration
Respond to issues professionally and proactively
Maintain accurate records and reporting
Ensure common areas and resident facilities present to the highest standard
Contribute to a safe, secure and welcoming environment
About You
We are looking for a hospitality professional who naturally delivers exceptional service and remains calm, organised and solutions-focused under pressure.
Essential Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in a luxury hotel, premium hospitality, guest relations or concierge role
Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional service to discerning clientele
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional presentation and grooming standards
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
High attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Strong computer literacy and administration skills
Full Australian working rights
Highly Regarded
Experience within a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment
Concierge, Guest Relations or VIP Services experience
Residential concierge or strata experience
Experience with property management or CRM systems
Knowledge of South Yarra and Melbourne's premium lifestyle offerings
