About the role

At The Fullerton Hotel Sydney, we are redefining luxury hospitality. With award-winning properties in Singapore and Hong Kong, the best is yet to come. Our established Sydney team is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join us as Bell Captain.

in this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering warm, personalised, and professional service. Your role is to create exceptional guest experiences by sharing your local knowledge, managing requests, coordinating with 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day Bell Services operations during assigned shifts

  • Coordinate all guest arrivals, departures, and luggage handling with efficiency and care

  • Act as a key guest contact, ensuring a warm welcome and flawless first impression

  • Manage bell desk operations, including staffing, rostering, and workflow coordination

  • Support Concierge and Front Office with guest requests and local recommendations

  • Maintain high standards of presentation, service, and grooming across the team

  • Train, coach, and develop Bell Attendants to uphold luxury service standards

  • Handle VIP arrivals with precision, discretion, and personalised service

  • Ensure accurate storage, tagging, and handling of guest luggage

  • Monitor lobby flow and proactively resolve guest issues or service delays

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a bell/porter or guest services role within a luxury hotel environment

  • A guest-first mindset with a passion for delivering personalised, high-quality service

  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with different types of guests

  • Professional presentation aligned with five-star standards

  • Solid knowledge of Sydney and ability to provide tailored recommendations

  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate arrivals, departures, and luggage handling smoothly

  • Flexible and reliable, with availability across weekends and public holidays

  • Australian Work Rights: Must have full working rights in Australia.

  • Driving License: A valid driver's license is essential.
