Love candles and want to be part of a creative, growing small business? We're Ivy & Wood, a boutique candle studio based in Clontarf, and we're on the lookout for a reliable, detail-oriented Candle Production & Packing Assistant to join our friendly team.

If you're experienced in picking and packing, take pride in doing things accurately and efficiently, and you're looking for ongoing casual work in a creative small business environment - we'd love to hear from you. There's potential for a longer term permanent role for the right person.

About the role:
We hand-pour all our candles and home fragrance products in-house, and this is a hands-on, active role where you'll be on your feet and working with your hands daily. Tasks include:

• Picking and packing online and wholesale orders accurately and efficiently

• Assisting in candle and fragrance product manufacturing

• Preparing, labelling, and boxing products to a high quality standard

• Working to daily production and fulfilment targets

• Keeping the production space clean, organised, and running smoothly

Hours are casual - between 15 and 38 hours per week depending on order volume and production needs. Hours will increase as we head into our busy Christmas season.

You must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week to meet operational requirements.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in picking, packing, or warehouse operations required

• Incredible attention to detail - to uphold our high quality product standard

• A fast, efficient worker who takes pride in doing things properly

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• No sensitivities to fragrances or essential oils

• Production or manufacturing experience is a bonus but not essential - we'll provide full training
