About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end accounts payable processing

• Invoice matching, coding, and data entry

• Managing supplier queries and maintaining strong vendor relationships

• Reconciliation of accounts and statements

• Ensuring timely and accurate payment runs

• Assisting with month-end processes as required

About You:

• Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role

• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

• Experience with ERP systems

Desirable:

• Experience with Vista Viewpoint will be highly regarded
