Accounts Receivable Officer

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.

Account for revenue and book incoming payments from customers by verifying and completing receivable transactions.

This is a Fixed Term Contract role until end of December with a possibility to go permanent..

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

As our Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be an integral part of our finance team. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Managing high-volume deposit receipts and accurately applying payments to invoices.

• Assisting with daily bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.

• Monitoring customer accounts for outstanding amounts and taking proactive, appropriate action to ensure timely payments.

• Performing efficient data entry and account maintenance within the Great Plains system.

• Maintaining precise, accurate records of all customer transactions and interactions.

• Supporting other members of the collections team as needed to achieve shared goals.

• Identifying inefficiencies and contributing fresh ideas for process improvements.

• Adhering at all times to company priorities, debt collection policies, and broader regulatory requirements.

Are you a MATCH?

We are looking for a motivated individual who brings a blend of technical capability and exceptional customer service. To be successful, you should have:

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and banking reconciliation, ideally within a high-volume Business-to-Consumer (B2C) environment.

• Technical Skills: Intermediate Excel / Google Sheets skills with a sharp eye for detail. Experience with Great Plains is a major plus.

• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills paired with an excellent phone manner.

• Time Management: Proven ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines under pressure.

• Customer Focus: A demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional service and a helpful approach to resolving customer queries and complaints.
