Motel Front Reception Role

We're looking for a Front Office Superstar to join our fantastic team at one of Shepparton's highly rated motels. If you're organised, enthusiastic, customer-focused, and ready to be part of a workplace where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our Front Office team, you'll be providing coverage the onsite managers and the welcoming face of our motel. Your day may include:

• Greeting guests with a warm and genuine smile

• Managing reservations and bookings

• Checking guests in and out efficiently

• Assisting with guest enquiries and requests

• Helping create memorable guest experiences from arrival to departure

You'll work closely with our managers and housekeeping team to ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable and seamless stay.

Whether it's answering questions, resolving issues, or helping guests find their way around town, you'll handle situations with professionalism, confidence, and a positive attitude.

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who:

• Has a positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic

• Loves helping people and providing exceptional customer service

• Is organised, reliable, and able to multitask

• Enjoys working as part of a supportive team

• Has previous motel, hotel, reception, or customer service experience (highly regarded)

• Has experience with RMS or similar reservation systems (a bonus, but not essential)

• Is eager to learn and grow within the role

Your hours will be based on providing coverage for the managers on a weekly basis, including 10+ hours per week, reliability and our operational needs. We value flexibility, teamwork, and a positive workplace culture where everyone supports one another.
