Warehouse Storeperson / Logistics Assistant

$27 - $35 Per Hour + Super (Depending on Experience)

We're a growing West Australian wholesale business supplying industrial products to customers across mining, construction, manufacturing, transport and general industry.

We're looking for a motivated Warehouse Storeperson / Logistics Assistant who enjoys keeping things moving and takes pride in getting the job done properly.

Previous experience is preferred, but attitude, initiative and work ethic are more important than industry experience.

Industrial experience is highly regarded, but attitude beats experience every day of the week.

The Role

This is a hands-on warehouse position involving:

• Picking and packing customer orders

• Receiving and putting away stock

• Loading and unloading deliveries

• Creating freight consignments and shipping labels

• Assisting with stock control and cycle counts

• General warehouse organisation and housekeeping

• Working closely with sales and operations teams

• Helping wherever needed to ensure customers receive their orders on time

We're a team environment where no task is beneath anyone. Everyone pitches in when required.

This isn't a large corporate warehouse. We're a hands-on team where people know each other, management is accessible and good ideas are welcomed.

Forklift operation forms a regular part of the role.

A reasonable level of physical fitness is required as the role involves manual handling and being on your feet throughout the day.

• Warehouse or logistics experience

• LF Forklift Licence

• High Reach experience

• Freight or transport experience

• Industrial, trade or wholesale experience
