Join Hancock Agriculture as our IT Support Specialist, based in our Brisbane CBD office. You'll play a key role in supporting the technology needs of our diverse group of businesses, including iconic Australian brands such as Rossi Boots, Driza-Bone and 2GR Australian Prime Beef.
Reporting to the Head of Technology, you will provide Level 1 technical support across the business, ensuring employees have the systems, tools and access they need to be successful. The role includes managing user accounts and access, onboarding new employees, troubleshooting end-user technology issues, and assisting with the maintenance of systems and hardware across our retail operations throughout Australia.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide Level 1 technical support for end-user computing devices and Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Provide remote support to users across multiple locations.
• Manage user accounts, email access, application permissions and building access cards.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist with Point of Sale (POS) systems and associated hardware across retail locations.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests, troubleshooting activities and resolutions within Jira.
• Ensure support requests are managed in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Communicate effectively with users, providing timely updates on ticket progress.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of supported technologies, systems and business applications.
• Follow established IT procedures, standards and best practices.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
• 1–2 years' experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or Help Desk environment.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking concepts.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Exposure to Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Exchange Administration.
• Experience using ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk or similar.
• Understanding of ITIL principles and incident management processes.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A proactive approach with a genuine desire to help users and deliver high-quality support.
• The ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a busy environment.
