Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Officer

About the Role
This is a hands-on AR and AP position sitting at the centre of our finance team, based in Rocklea. Our early start times mean early finishes, a great lifestyle perk for the right person.

You'll work closely with teams across the business to make sure transactions are accurate, suppliers are paid, and customers are looked after, all while finding better ways to do things as we keep growing. There's real variety here!

What You'll Be Doing
• Monitoring debtor accounts and following up outstanding balances in line with agreed terms
• Processing incoming payments accurately within our ERP system
• Responding to customer account queries in a clear and timely way
• Completing credit checks for new customers during onboarding
• Maintaining organised and accessible AP documentation
• Managing invoice workflows to ensure timely processing
• Running payment cycles and ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time
• Liaising with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or issues
• Maintaining accurate records and clear communication across all inventory-related tasks
• Supporting continuous improvement in stock control, receivals and reconciliation processes

You're detail-focused and reliable, and you take pride in getting things right. You don't need handholding, but you'll thrive in a team that backs you. Experience in AR and/or AP is a must; stock take experience is a bonus but absolutely not required.
