Permanent Full-Time Position

We are looking for an Experienced Executive Housekeeper for a beautiful, upscale, 300+ room hotel in Sydney's prime central location.

Infinity Hospitality provides outsourcing solutions for business and luxury hotels across Australia. With decades of experience in the industry, they offer a wide range of services, including housekeeping, portering, amenities management, corporate service support, and room cleaning. They provide four outsourcing models – full deployment, partial deployment, full transformation, and supplemental services. 

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Managed the housekeeping team and worked closely with hotel management

• Oversee housekeeping operations to ensure high cleanliness and presentation standards.

• Develop a high-performing team through effective leadership.

• Enhance productivity and operational efficiency within the department.

• Manage budgets and inventory for efficient resource use.

• Conduct quality inspections to maintain consistency in guest rooms and public areas.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Work with hotel leadership for seamless guest experiences and ongoing improvements.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven senior leadership experience in a 4- or 5-star housekeeping environment.

• Strong people leader who builds, coaches, and develops high-performing teams.

• Demonstrated ability to drive accountability, performance, productivity, and service excellence.

• Confident in managing large teams, workforce planning, succession planning, and optimization.

• In-depth knowledge of housekeeping operations, quality standards, and continuous improvement.

• Experience in implementing process improvements and maintaining strict presentation standards.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at an executive level.

• A hands-on, visible leader who leads by example and fosters a culture of ownership, pride, and excellence.
