Position: E-commerce Pick Packer
Location: Thomastown, Victoria
Employment Type: Part-time / Casual (Hours 9:30am > 2:30pm)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pick Packer to join our e-commerce warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for picking products according to customer orders, packing items securely, and ensuring orders are dispatched accurately and on time. Ideal position for working around School hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick products from warehouse shelves using pick lists.

• Verify product quantities and item codes against order requirements.

• Pack items safely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.

• Label and prepare packages for shipping.

• Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Replenish stock and assist with inventory counts when required.

• Follow workplace health and safety procedures.

• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, pick packing, or e-commerce fulfillment experience is preferred but not essential.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Basic computer and handheld scanner skills.

• Ability to lift and move packages (up to specified weight limits).

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Desirable Skills

• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS).

• Experience with online retail or e-commerce operations.

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for extended periods.

• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
