About the role 

We are currently looking for a proactive Customer Service Specialist to provide product support and defect resolutions to our clients. Reporting to the Support team lead and being part of service delivery team, you will be responsible for working on Level 1 tickets as well as managing actions of escalated tickets. This is a permanent full-time role based in our Milton office in Brisbane.

 Your primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to: 

  •   Act as first point of contact for our customers

  •  Follow up and keep customers and other internal stakeholders updated

  • Work pro-actively to achieve group goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.  

Required Skills & Experience 

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and keen to learn with a combination of qualifications and/or experience in information technology and customer service, including:

  • Qualifications and/or equivalent experience in Information Technology or a related field

  • Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills

  • Fast learner with a solutions-focused approach

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft365

  • Previous experience in AutoTask, SQL, n-Central, JIRA, Windows Servers & Operating Systems will be highly regarded.
