Warehouse Picker Packer - Online Order Fulfilment

We are a leading and innovative retailer and ecommerce business with a fast-growing Fulfilment Centre based in Enoggera, Brisbane. We are seeking reliable and experienced pick packers to join our team and support our continued growth with online orders.

The Role

Ongoing day shift work, Monday to Friday, up to 37.5 hours per week (8am–4pm or 9am–5pm).

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack daily orders for dispatch

• Picking product to support retail stores across Brisbane, Canberra, Darwin, Wagga Wagga and Townsville

• Accurate receiving and allocation of stock deliveries

• Answering phones and communicating with customers via email

• Managing the flow of stock through our ERP and WMS systems

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or pick pack experience (essential)

• Reliable attendance and a strong track record to match

• Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced team environment and meet deadlines

• Basic to competent Microsoft Excel skills for data entry tasks

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems or scanning devices

• Experience with dispatch/ERP/stock management systems (highly regarded)

• Experience with Shopify order fulfilment and/or Cin7 Omni (highly regarded)

• Experience operating a pallet jack (desirable)

Must Have

• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle to commute to Enoggera

• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with full working rights

Physical Requirements

This is a warehouse/distribution role. You must be comfortable standing or bending for extended periods and with manual handling tasks. You must be able to keep up in a high speed, high accuracy environment.
