About the role

National Business - Manufacturing, Distributor and Wholesaler

We are seeking a full-time Accounts & Administration Officer to join our team at our head office in Southeast Melbourne. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounts and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Processing accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, reconciliations and debt collection.

  • Maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with month-end and year-end reporting

  • Providing general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and responding to inquiries

  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders as required

  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of accounting and administrative systems

What we're looking for

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in accounts - Do not need a degree qualified accountant.

  • SAP Business One experience - desirable

  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite

  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle a variety of tasks
