About the Role

We're looking for a reliable Pick Packer with a forklift licence to join our food service warehouse team in Dandenong South. You'll be picking and packing customer orders, making sure the right product gets on the right truck every time. Max lift is 15kg — it's about accuracy and getting things right, not heavy lifting.

What You'll Be Doing

- Picking and packing customer orders accurately from paperwork and pick slips
- Operating a forklift to move pallets, load trucks and manage stock
- Reading and following order documentation to ensure correct items are dispatched
- Packing and preparing boxes and cartons for delivery
- Loading trucks to schedule — right orders, right truck, on time
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and food-safe
- Checking stock and reporting shortages or discrepancies

What We're Looking For

- Current forklift license
- Ability to read and follow paperwork accurately — no guesswork
- Strong attention to detail — wrong picks cost time and money
- Friendly personality and a genuine can-do attitude
- Reliable, punctual and ready to work
- Physically fit and comfortable on your feet all day
- No minimum experience required — attitude matters more than a CV
