Customer Service Team Member

We are seeking a Customer Service Team Member to join our Customer Service team. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you'll play a key role in supporting customers, processing orders, assisting with warranty claims, and ensuring all enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. This is a hands-on, office-based role suited to someone who enjoys being busy, working with systems, and delivering great outcomes for customers.

· Minimum 3+ years of customer service experience required

· Australian work rights are essential for this position

· Handle customer enquiries professionally

· Process sales orders accurately and on time
