About the Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Level 2 Onsite IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide hands-on technical support to clients onsite, ensuring their IT systems run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing installations and upgrades, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite technical support, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.

• Create, manage, and resolve support tickets in a timely manner.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and network infrastructure.

• Perform system upgrades, patching, and software updates.

• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and performance issues.

• Assist with the setup, deployment, and maintenance of IT equipment.

• Accurately document support requests, resolutions, and system changes.

• Deliver basic training and ongoing support to end-users.

To Be Successful in This Position:

• Proven experience in a Level 2 IT support role or similar position.

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

• Current valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
