We are now seeking a Senior Fund Accountant who combines technical excellence with strong stakeholder engagement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a growing, purpose‑driven environment and enjoys partnering with leaders across development, operations, finance and executive teams.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the CFO, you will take ownership of fund‑level accounting, reporting and analysis across a multi‑entity structure. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, transparency and governance while supporting commercial decision‑making across our development pipeline.

This is a hands‑on, senior role where your technical capability and the ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders are highly valued.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver accurate and timely fund‑level financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly and annual cycles

• Manage multi‑entity consolidations, reconciliations and fund performance analysis

• Partner with stakeholders across Development, Operations and Executive teams to support commercial decisions

• Prepare fund‑related inputs for feasibility models and investment analysis

• Oversee revenue recognition, COGS and WIP accounting

• Maintain robust internal controls, compliance and governance across fund structures

• Support budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling

• Prepare audit documentation and liaise with external auditors

• Assist with tax reporting, land tax submissions and insurance data requirements

What You’ll Bring

• CA/CPA qualified

• Strong experience in fund accounting, financial reporting or multi‑entity environments

• Excellent stakeholder management — able to communicate financial information clearly and confidently

• Strong technical capability across consolidations, reconciliations and financial controls

• High level of attention to detail

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Xero or construction/development accounting systems

• Commercially minded, detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑growing business

• Ability to manage competing priorities and operate with autonomy
