Technical Lead

Join a technology-led company building modern software platforms, AI-enabled products, and cloud-native solutions.

They are currently looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer with experience using AI tooling and building or integrating AI-enabled applications. You will need commercial experience with LLMs, RAG architectures and agentic workflows. You will also be experienced across modern engineering practices including CI/CD, DevOps, testing and automation.

You’ll work closely with engineers, product stakeholders, and leadership teams, involving cloud-native software development, distributed systems, AI-enabled applications, developer tooling, and modern engineering practices.

The environment is highly collaborative, fast-moving, and engineering-focused, with strong emphasis on technical quality, modern delivery practices, and emerging AI technologies.

Requirements

• 8+ years full stack engineering experience

• Experience as a polyglot across a number of backend and frontend languages and frameworks (Java, Kotlin, C#, Python, NodeJS, Golang, React, Angular, Vue and/or Typescript)

• Strong cloud engineering experience across AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Experience with IaC, deployment automation, CI/CD

• Experience building or integrating AI-enabled solutions

• Exposure to LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, or AI tooling

• Ability to lead projects and mentor engineers while remaining hands-on technically
