About the Role

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you’ll work as part of a collaborative team in a full-time role, Monday to Friday located in office at central Blacktown. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a range of financial functions while learning and growing in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with financial reporting, reconciliations, forecasting and budgeting

• Performing full accounts payable functions

• Manage and complete daily balancing for three Club venues

• Assisting with accounts receivable

• Supporting monthly and annual financial close processes

• Utilising and maintaining both NetSuite, and Lightyear; and

• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and club policies.

What we're looking for

• Near completion or recent completion of accounting studies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Previous exposure to IGT System, NetSuite, or Lightyear is an advantage (training provided)

• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach; and

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
