PART-TIME/FULL-TIME CONVEYANCING PARALEGAL - 3/5 days per week

Help!! We need an extra pair of safe conveyancing hands and fast!!

We are a small boutique legal firm seeking an experienced conveyancing paralegal with sound skills in Smokeball/Leap Legal, A-Z conveyancing and off-the-plan contracts. Must be familiar with and have used the suite of Lexon Conveyancing Precedent letters for file matters.  Job requirements - read contracts, data entry, knowledge of trust accounting, conducting searches, pre-settlement process and arranging settlements  - both PEXA & paper. Good communication skills both verbal and written.

Immediate start or 1 to 2 weeks notice and must be able to hit the ground running in a busy legal practice with an established team.

Applicants without Smokeball/Leap Legal or Qld Conveyancing experience please do not apply. 

Days and hours are negotiable for the right candidate- 3-5 days a week -  Hybrid - mix of Work From Home (2/3 days)  and In-Office (1/2 day). We will provide the equipment, phone and the set-up.

Scope to have more days depending on incoming workloads.
