About the role

Become a Duty Manager at The Hilton Hotel and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of this vibrant hotel. As a Duty Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the hotel, handling a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This is a casual position based at our hotel in Hilton SA 5033.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the work of front of house and other hotel staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences

• Respond to guest enquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally

• Oversee the security and safety of the hotel, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations

• Provide leadership and guidance to the hotel team, fostering a positive and productive work environment

What we're looking for

• Several years' experience in a hotel management or supervisory role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team

• Thorough understanding of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping and food & beverage

• Must hold current RSA and RSG certificates. Experience with TAB/Keno is preferred, however not essential.
